Job Summary
The Hospital President & COO serves as the senior executive responsible for fostering collaborative leadership across the healthcare system driving strategic alignment and ensuring integrated operational management. This role strengthens system-wide performance enhances high-quality patient care and promotes financial sustainability. By leveraging partnerships and shared resources the President & COO ensures regulatory compliance operational excellence and organizational growth that benefits the entire system.
EDUCATION:
Masters degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) Business Administration (MBA) or related field. FACHE or equivalent certification preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare with at least 5 years in executive roles. Previous experience as COO or President in a health system strongly preferred.
