Join our award-winning team at Well-Spring where compassion professionalism and excellence come together to provide exceptional care for our residents. We are currently hiring a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 2nd shift on our Memory Care unit.
Position Details
Status: Full-Time
Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m.
Schedule: This position follows a specific posted schedule; candidates must be able to work the assigned schedule.
About the Role
As a CNA in our Memory Care community you will play a vital role in supporting residents living with memory loss by providing compassionate care structure and reassurance throughout their daily routines. You will assist residents with activities of daily living while helping create a calm supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support mobility transfers and repositioning
Provide reassurance and engagement for residents with memory loss
Help maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment
Document care and follow individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents families and team members
Follow all safety and infection control guidelines
Qualifications
Active CNA in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
Completion of an approved CNA training program
Experience in memory care or dementia care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
