Job Summary

Resident Costume Designer/ Builder:
Circa 21 Dinner Playhouse a year-round professional dinner theatre in its 49th season is seeking a resident Costume Designer who will be tasked with designing building creating procuring and maintaining costumes and soft goods for our nine-show season. They will additionally help to maintain Circa 21s high level of artistic excellence by being an excellent communicator working independently and meeting deadlines within the allotted time budget and scope. Position will begin mid-summer. We prefer that applicants have at least three years of experience in theatrical design construction and maintenance of musicals plays and theatre for young audiences. Our typical season includes six mainstage and three TYA productions pre-show entertainment as well as the occasional small production in our 120-seat black box space The Speakeasy. All other performances take place in our 320 seat semi-thrust 1921 former vaudeville house.
