职位职责
- 熟悉仓库内的操作流程并能针对流程的缺陷提出合理化建议
- 事后跟进出现问题后找出原因提供具体补救措施
- 监督员工做好班组5S工作以保持工作场所整洁有序
- 不断加强质量安全意识提升工作技能提高工作效率
- 协调内部沟通渠道与协作各方充分交流改善工作氛围
- 对工作过程中发生的异常情况及时向上级报告
- 紧急情况时能够操作叉车进行货物的装卸存储
- 完成上级安排的其它工作
职位要求
- 中专及以上学历持有叉车证熟练驾驶前移式叉车&前移式叉车
- 至少2年以上的仓库工作经验
- 仓库的各个区域的工作经验
- 熟练的Excel Word操作技能及基本的PPT Outlook Teams技能
- 熟练掌握5Why鱼骨图A3报告;
- 熟练操作仓库SAP各项功能
- 至少参与2个RIW或6 sigma项目
- 按时完成CPS课程
- 能接受倒班
