Your Profile
As a Consultant in our Business Technology practice you will support clients in shaping and executing business IT and digital transformation strategies. You will work on projects that span business strategy IT strategy target operating model design scaled Agile transformation digital operating models and IT cost optimization. Your role will involve helping clients align their business and technology capabilities to drive performance innovation and resilience.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders contribute to strategic analysis and help design future-ready operating models and governance structures. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about solving complex business problems through a blend of strategic thinking digital innovation and technology insight.
What you will do:
- Support the development of business IT and digital strategies aligned to client goals and market dynamics
- Contribute to the design of target operating models including organizational structure governance and capability frameworks
- Assist in assessments and transformation planning across business and IT functions
- Analyze IT and business cost structures identify optimization opportunities and support business cases for change
- Conduct stakeholder interviews workshops and data analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Prepare client deliverables including presentations reports and models with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business technology and delivery stakeholders
- Stay current on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in business IT and digital transformation
Your Profile
- 14 years of experience inmanagement consulting business strategy digital transformation or IT strategy roles
- Exposure tobusiness and digital transformation operating model design agile transformation or cost optimization projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF SAFe ITIL or business model canvas is a plus
- Bachelors degree in business technology or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus
- Open to travel as required for client engagements (20%) while primarily based in Singapore or Hong Kong
