In this role youwilldrivehigh complextechnology initiatives elevate program management standards and lead a team of Technical Program Managerspartnering closely with senior Engineering and Product leaders to turn strategy into results.

Core Responsibilities
Drive successful delivery of value across our largestandmost complex multi- programs both through their own involvement as well as leadership of other Technical Program Managers (TPMs)withinMarket & Channels Technology(MCT)
People leadership responsibility (including performance management andobjective setting) for Tech Program Managers (associate to senior) includingcoaching and development whilstfacilitatingand advocating for a continuouslearning approach in a culture which provides candid feedback in a kind and
constructive manner.
Provide oversight of key delivery details to effectively support Program Managers
in their delivery and support to proactively resolve risks
Articulate and manage complex trade-offs across cost time quality and architectural considerations
Champion of Program standards and best practices across the department
(including providing guidance to others in tailoring approaches)

The Delivery Office in MCT is responsible driving the delivery of our most complex and criticalDigitalprograms that relate to all things Direct to Consumerand alsoBusiness to Business. Wefacilitatethe development of clear plans which are orchestrated excellently with clear progress reporting and proactive risk management. Do you have what it takes
The ideal candidateblends a broad knowledge Tech Business and People skills with an ability to adapt and a keenness to learn new things at pace. You bring a solid hands-on and proven experience with agile delivery models ideally with more than one framework e.g. the OKR framework as well as an understandingof traditional program management delivery models with the ability to blenddelivery models when needed.In addition we expect to see:
Excellent relationship skills with the ability to quickly build credibility with ProductEngineeringand Businesscolleagues up to Director / VP level
Strongstakeholder engagement skillsacross all levelswith a combination of firmness and empathy.
Solidfacilitationskills of program steermeetings with the ability to shape
the governance across the program
Team leadership skills with experiencing in developing capability coaching both through formal and informal leadership
Thought leadershipwhen it comes to Agile DeliveryManagement and emerging
knowledge of how AI can transform program management
Clear communication in shapingnarratives that connect complex programs to portfolio and organizational strategy
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills can optimize
communications depending on the needs of the recipients
Strong presentation skills comfortable speaking with and presenting to VP levelcolleagues
Knowledge of application lifecycle management software development
methodologies modern softwarearchitectureand engineering practices
Solid understanding and experience of product management practicesfinancial managementand budgeting
