How you will contribute
- Project Planning and Execution:Develop detailed project plans including scope timelines resources and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Team Leadership:Lead and motivate project teams ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Quality Assurance:Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as needed.
- Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
What you will bring
- Project Management Expertise:Proven experience in managing projects within the FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Leadership and Communication:Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency:Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in project management business administration supply chain management is advantageous but not essential.
- Project Management certification - desirable.
- Solid understanding of core business processes within an SME environment (Finance Sales Purchasing Inventory Production).
