LOCATION: Cologne Germany

POSITION: Fulltime

FLEXIBILITY: Hybrid (3 days office attendance per week)

The opportunity
You are a reliable driver of client work with a developing strategic mindset. You own and run projects independently leading defined multiple workstreams transitioning from delivering projects to managing them alongside peers. You align stakeholders shape clear decision paths and keep scope schedule and quality in balance connecting great work with commercial performance.

What youll be doing

  • Manage multiple client projects making decisions about approach investment and who we involve
  • Develop and present recommendations to clients shaping what we propose rather than just executing someone elses plan
  • Identify where clients need more from us and bring growth opportunities to the business with a clear case for investment
  • Run project delivery with rigour on scope timeline budget and margins managing through complexity and ambiguity
  • Mentor and guide team members on your workstreams setting standards and building their capability
  • Work with senior team members to stress test thinking and refine your approach on bigger or newer challenges
  • Lead cross-discipline partners to deliver at pace and quality taking responsibility for outcomes
  • Anticipate client needs and navigate conversations proactively so we stay ahead of problems
  • Proactively meet with Discipline leads to understand new approach ways of working or offers to integrate and support this growth
  • You ensure the work is underpinned by the Thinking & Making philosophy and introduces elements of the Three Lenses
  • Manage outcomes and pressure thoughtfully for you and the team by staying pragmatic and positive

What were looking for

Experience -Track record of running multiple projects with strong commercial outcomes. Great client relationships with positive feedback.

Relationships - You build trust at senior client levels and across internal department leaders. You understand their business deeply enough to spot where we can add real value and push back when needed to support delivery management and the wellbeing of internal teams.

Curiosity - You see patterns across projects and clients. You connect whats happening in their world to opportunities for us to do meaningful work whether thats within our agency or the broader Omnicom world. You think whats best for the work and client to create Iconic Moves.

Commerciality - You think independently about what makes sense commercially. You weigh complexity investment and return and youre confident making the case internally knowing how to influence and negotiate.

Communication - You present with clarity and confidence. You articulate strategic thinking in ways that move people to action and decision because you also chair and facilitate the decision-making process.
