WORKING STUDENT PEOPLE & OPERATIONS (fmd)

• Assist the PeopleTeam in the day-to-day operation tasks
• Support with the recruitment process e.g. Communication with candidates and the hiring departments Interview scheduling and coordination as well as job posting
• Engage in employment contract management
• Support the on/off-boarding process
• Take over the responsibility for data maintenance as well as data collection and analysis
• Support with the organisation and storage of physical and digital employee files ensuring all documents are up-to-date and compliant
• Contribute to the development and improvement of current systems and processes
• Various other projects according to your personal interest and strengths

• Supervise and support the administrative functions of the organization including reception property and facility management safety of work environment and provision of furnishing and equipment necessary for effective operations
• Communication support of external parties via phone and writing

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Administration Business Education Organisational Psychology Sociology or related field being business as minor subject or comparable
• Hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
• Team player
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Feel comfortable with dealing with people from all around the world
• Good knowledge of MS-Office e.g. World Excel and PowerPoint
• First experience with Personio and SAP SF is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English
