Brand & Customer Manager RSV & Pediatric Vaccines (Saudi Arabia)
Role Purpose
The Brand & Customer Manager (BCM) is responsible for the successful launch execution and commercial performance of RSV and pediatric vaccines in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the BU Director the BCM translates global strategy into focused local plans drives disciplined cross-functional execution and ensures strong performance across both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Planning & Commercial Delivery
Lead the annual local brand planning process in alignment with BU priorities
Drive execution to deliver agreed revenue and market share targets
Own brand forecasting and collaborate with Finance and Supply to ensure demand accuracy
Monitor KPIs and proactively recommend corrective actions
Manage brand budget and ensure optimal resource allocation
2. Launch Excellence
Lead end-to-end local launch planning and readiness for RSV and pediatric vaccines
Adapt global strategy into clear Saudi specific execution plans
Ensure full launch readiness across materials training supply compliance and field activation
Track launch milestones and manage risks proactively
Drive structured post launch performance review and optimization
3. Brand Execution & Growth
Own the local brand plan and ensure disciplined execution throughout the year
Develop and localize promotional and non-promotional materials in compliance
Identify growth opportunities within defined customer segments
Support sustainable brand growth beyond launch phase
4. Customer & Sales Enablement
Develop clear customer engagement approaches aligned with brand objectives
Act as the primary brand lead for the sales organization
Ensure sales teams are trained equipped and confident at launch
Integrate field insights into ongoing strategy refinement
Support activation across both public and private channels
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead regular brand team governance meetings with clear priorities and accountability
Ensure alignment between Medical Market Access Policy Regulatory Supply Chain and Sales
Escalate risks and opportunities to BU Director in a timely manner
Maintain strict compliance with regulatory and internal standards
What Success Looks Like
Launches delivered on time complaint and fully ready for field execution
Revenue and uptake targets achieved or on track
High forecast accuracy and effective budget utilization
Strong sales force readiness and customer engagement
Smooth cross-functional execution with minimal escalation
Sustainable growth momentum across public and private sectors
