You are interested in a 12 months full time traineeship with the opportunity to grow within the company.
As a Trainee you will:
Process & Performance Improvement: Continuously analyzes operational data to identify errors missing information and root causes of workflow blockages contributing to ongoing enhancement of Sales Administration processes.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Manages customer requests and complaints ensuring timely handling prioritization and escalation through appropriate internal channels.
Operational Management: Oversees invoice processing in Tradeshift and maintains uptodate work instructions and documentation for the team.
Reporting & Internal Collaboration: Prepares monthly and adhoc reports while providing internal support to crossfunctional teams to drive progress and maintain service quality.
