Valmets Tissue Business Area Services delivers modernization improvement field service and agreement projects for Tissue Machines and Air Systems worldwide (TMS). Successful project execution depends on highquality order management reliable planning and seamless data flow between engineering purchasing manufacturing and delivery.
We are now looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role you will act as a global process owner for Order Management and Global Planning ensuring accurate and timely data flow from PDM to Infor LN ERP to enable purchasing manufacturing and project execution.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the core of project execution and directly influence delivery predictability and quality across global projects.
Your primary location will be in our Wroclaw Jelenia Gora Karlstad or Gorizia office. Other relevant Valmet locations may be considered.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
Own and govern the global TMS Order Management process for PMO projects from order intake through project closing
Act as global TMS process owner for planningrelated PMO activities supporting purchasing and manufacturing
Perform and coordinate item transfers and enrichments from PDM to ERP (Infor LN)
Ensure project structures material data and order content are complete accurate and aligned with sales scope and project plans
Enable reliable purchasing manufacturing and delivery planning through highquality ERP data
Collaborate closely with Project Managers engineering procurement manufacturing finance supply chain and site operations
Identify and proactively address data planning or orderrelated risks impacting project execution
Drive continuous improvement of order management and planning ways of working across the PMO
Expectations:
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Project Management or a related field or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in order management project coordination planning or ERPbased execution roles in an industrial or engineering environment
Strong understanding of ERPbased purchasing and manufacturing planning processes
High attention to detail and ability to manage complex data accurately across multiple projects
Structured working style and strong sense of ownership
Ability to collaborate effectively in a global multicultural environment
Experience with Infor LN ERP PDM systems or projectbased industrial delivery is considered an advantage.
