About You:
Minimum of two years prior experience in clinical background and/or Carbon Health EHR.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to stay focused
Familiar with Apple products and Google Suite applications
Dedicated workspace within the home
Flexible schedule
Internet speed/connection of 5mb down / 2 mb up or higher.
What Youll Do:
Report to the Manager of Growth.
Provide guidance and support as a subject matter expert in Growth service lines (PMPM WPH) across all clinic locations and communication pathways.
Assist with Workplace Health growth initiatives such as but not limited to lead generation and follow-up protocols.
Coordinate with the Growth Team to develop and implement training resources client-facing documents and communication pathways.
Assist with day to day client operations such as but not limited to growth operational flaw ticketing pathway client escalations and troubleshooting and client billing support.
Act as the Growth teams Marketing liaison to Marketing team.
Act as the Growth teams liaison to the Clinic Ops and Product/CI team to advance our growth initiatives.
Conduct quality control (QC) on growth-linked workflows such as but not limited to Employer-Paid billing and WPH Ops Flaw tickets.
