Marketing Operations Manager

This position offers the opportunity to lead and support a broad range of operational and strategic initiatives across the Marketing Department. The Marketing Operations Manager oversees departmental operations to ensure alignment and integration across all marketing functions including digital marketing communications marketing technology client relations business development events and proposals.

In this role the individual leads and develops a highperforming team manages and coordinates crossfunctional marketing projects and monitors project health by tracking budgets timelines and key performance indicators. The manager also implements corrective actions as needed. The role is central to driving continuous improvement efforts that increase efficiency reduce redundancy and enhance the internal client (attorney) experience.

Additionally the Marketing Operations Manager establishes and maintains governance frameworks for project intake prioritization support guidelines and workflows while developing standardized quarterly reports and dashboards to measure performance and ensure alignment with firm priorities and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required with 8 years of relevant experience including 3 years of people management experience; prior law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI strategy and workflow automation including designing implementing and measuring the impact of AIenabled processes in a professional environment.
• Experience supporting budget oversight and vendor management including evaluating ROI assisting with vendor selection and contract management and ensuring compliance with firm policies.
• Exceptional project management organizational and collaboration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern project management and workflow tools.
