Production Supervisor Manufacturing
Position Summary
The Production Supervisor leads the daily manufacturing operations in a complex machining manufacturing environment ensuring safety quality volume and cost goals are met: plans and assigns work implements policies and procedures and continuously recommends improvements in production methods equipment operating procedures and working conditions.
Provides hiring promotion and disciplinary recommendations as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports. Ensures all safety procedures are followed and metrics achieved. Investigates troubleshoots and provides solutions to production problems. Aids in planning prioritizing and managing production line maintenance or downtime to minimize disruption to manufacturing schedules.
Salary Range: 70k 85k
Start Date: April 1 2026
Schedule: Onsite Monday Friday 7am 4:00pm
