Systems Engineer

Amyx is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Dept. of Defense client at Scott Air Force Base in Ofallon IL.

• This position will focus on being able to provide systems and technical engineering support across the system lifecycle.
• Supports architecture design and technical reviews.
  
• Develops and maintains systems engineering documentation.
  
• Advises on technical risks performance and integration
  
• Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
• Systems/technical engineering support: technical management processes assessments specifications architectures and design documents.
• Engineering documentation: draft and maintain compliance architecture and sustainability documentation; support milestone reviews; develop technical performance measures and planning documents
• Coordination & advising: coordinate with Government engineers; advise on technical assessments reviews and audits; monitor architectures for compliance with applicable regulations/requirements.
• Agile awareness: support Agile methodologies as required

Required:

• Secret Clearance
  
• The position requires the personnel to have at least one Computing Environment (CE) certification.

Desired:

• Experience supporting engineering-related acquisition milestone reviews and technical working groups.
• Experience providing technical support for market research and solution constraints analysis.
