Job Summary
Job description:
We are seeking a Program Director for our in home programs. This position requires a highly experienced individual equipped with the necessary skills to lead and manage all programs not just efficiently but effectively with the highest of quality standards implemented.
- Fully responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the program.
- Completes initial admission for new clients and completion of service authorization documentation.
- Ensures client schedules are effectively completed to ensure client care and satisfaction.
- Oversight of client care and staff facilitating care.
- Provide supervision to the program supervisors.
- Must pass state and federal background checks.
- Must have significant supervisory experience in the healthcare field.
- Must have impeccable writing and communication skills.
- Bachelors (required)
