Opportunity:

We are spinning upForm Now a new service-based initiative designed to bridge the gap between desktop 3D printing and industrial-scale production. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join a small elite team at our Headquarters in Massachusetts to take this from pre-launch to a national scale. This isnt just a product role; its a mandate to build a business.

Your mandate is to act as a mini-CEO: rapidly identify develop and scale the Form Now service model within Formlabs. We value a bias for action comfort with ambiguity and deep ownership over outcomes.

We are seeking results-focused leaders and entrepreneurs who can move from high-level GTM strategy to on-the-floor operations in a single afternoon. You will own the evolution of this service ensuring we dont just ship parts but redefine how engineers and designers access manufacturing.

What Youll Do:

Act as the ultimate Product Owner and Lead for Form Now identifying unmet user needs in the service bureau market and high-potential market gaps.
Create and lead a multi-disciplinary team. Youll be responsible for the full stack of the service from the digital storefront and software integration to the physical production and shipping logistics.
Make high-stakes decisions on pricing hardware utilization and Go-To-Market (GTM) tactics that directly impact the trajectory of this new venture.
Work at the intersection of engineering sales product and manufacturing.

You:

You are a tinkerer a service bureau veteran or an ex-founder who thrives on complexity and doesnt wait for permission. You get results.
You have previously built a business or a significant new venture. A massive plus if you have founded or led a service bureau digital manufacturing startup or a fabrication-focused company.
You arent just a product person or an ops person. You understand how GTM strategy customer acquisition and technical hardware operations must work in harmony.
You possess the get it done mindsetthe hustle to do whatever it takes whether its pitching a cornerstone customer optimizing a production workflow or debugging a logistics bottleneck.
You excel at hiring and leading teams in a constantly changing high-standard environment.

Bonus Skills:

Direct experience in the 3D printing service bureau industry or digital fabrication.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering Robotics Computer Science or a related technical field.
MBA or experience in a high-growth GTM/Operations role.
Familiarity with manufacturing standards and compliance (ISO medical etc.).
Experience with Tableau SQL or building custom operational dashboards.
