Hokanson Companies Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Property Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree or three years of accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Yardi Property Management/Construction software experience is a plus.
This position will be responsible for keeping a complete set of books for properties including billing accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger bank reconciliations journal entries and issuing monthly financial statements. Professional communication skills are needed with owners tenants and vendors. Organization is important to keep current with all tasks due on a timely basis.
