We are currently seeking a full-time in office Director of Procurement for our West Jordan UT location!

The Director of Procurement is responsible for the strategic leadership optimization and long-term scalability of the organizations end-to-end supply chain and logistics functions. This role focuses on building a resilient data-driven and scalable supply chain capable of supporting sustained growth product complexity and seasonal demand variability.


The Director owns demand planning strategy procurement governance fulfillment execution design ERP and systems alignment inventory health supplier performance and cross-functional operating cadence. This role drives continuous improvement and organizational maturity across Supply Chain and Logistics


Duties Include:

  • Improve & Lead SIOP process with Sales Operations Engineering and Production.
  • Develop procurement strategies and manage key supplier relationships
  • Oversee company-wide inventory strategy including safety stock and obsolescence mitigation
  • Implement supplier scorecards RFP processes and vendor performance reviews
  • Optimize fulfillment processes and support peak-season operational planning
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
  • Provide executive reporting on inventory health supply risk and operational performance
  • Ensure procurement compliance and develop risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of Experience leading procurement supply chain or logistics operations
  • Strong background in demand planning inventory management and supplier strategy
  • Experience implementing sourcing processes and managing vendor relationships
  • Ability to analyze operational data and drive process improvements
  • Strong leadership collaboration and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
