Job Summary
We are looking for
Hopefully you! Were seeking an experienced hands-on Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Semarang. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality on-brand product documentation and drawings ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy. The Senior Graphic Design specialist will work closely with the Marketing Head Office team in Australia and the local Indonesian team.
Senior Graphic Designers key responsibilities will include:
- Create and maintain high-quality documents covering technical specifications product testing data sheets and installation guidelines.
- Work primarily in Adobe InDesign applying brand templates styles and layout systems with precision.
- Ensure all documentation is visually refined technically accurate and easy to interpret for industry professionals.
- Update and manage version control of documentation as products evolve.
- Produce vector drawings for flooring and walling layouts and patterns and diagrammatic construction sequences.
- Create clean scalable technical linework suitable for print and digital use.
- Focuses on creating and managing CAD drawings and technical assets for professional
Requirements
We need you to bring
- Excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
- A minimum of 3 years in in graphic design and technical drawings.
- Experience or actively working using InDesign for more than 2 years.
- Adobe InDesign: advanced level for long-form and template-driven documents.
- Adobe Illustrator: medium level for 2D drawings flooring patterns and walling layouts.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD / Yepsketch / Sketchup is an advantage for 3D drawings.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Word PowerPoint and Excel).
- Able to balance aesthetic quality with data accuracy. Strong attention to detail.
- Curious and keen to grow deeper technical skills over time.
Please note that we require full permanent working rights for this position.
This role based fully onsite in our Semarang Office.
