Job Summary
Bob Grimm Chevrolet in Morton is looking for a positive motivated and detail oriented individual to join our sales team as a finance manager.
Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Communicate with guests and lending institutions in a professional and proactive manner while providing finance and product options for our guests
- Complete GM Finance Products and Regulatory required training
- Efficiently and effectively respond to incoming phone calls emails and texts
- Communicate directly with the Salespeople and Sales Managers so that customers can have an excellent experience
- Follow up with customers during the delivery process and any open items after the sale with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction
Finance Manager Requirements:
- Fast eager learner and team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Clean driving record & valid drivers license
