Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Flexible Hours

If caring for others comes naturally to you this is an ideal career opportunity! As an LNA youll earn competitive pay while helping a young female live safely and happily at home. Our client is wheelchair bound and needs assistance with ADLs including exercising bathing and transfers. The hours are flexible but ideally looking for Monday through Friday 3 PM-6 PM and Saturday or Sundays 10 AM- 4 PM.

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

Provide personal care and support our client
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing grooming light housekeeping meal preparation shopping transportation and companionship
Help with ambulation transferring and range of motion exercises
Provide medication reminders document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles games reading and hobbies

A few must-haves for Home Health Aides:

High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Licensed Nursing Assistant certified in NH
Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role preferred
CPR certification
Valid Drivers License auto insurance and transportation
