As a Investment Reporting Associate within PNCs Commercial Real Estate organization you will be based in Portland OR; Louisville KY; Overland Park KS; or Pittsburgh PA.

Key Responsibilities
Client Reporting
Enter quarterly and monthly data for low-income housing properties and verify accuracy.
Generate simple reports and data packets using established templates.
Upload completed documents to investor portal.

Document Collection & Organization
Collect and organize insurance certificates financial statements and property documents.
Assist with basic client inquiries and run simple data queries.

Event Driven & Time Sensitive Tasks
Track updates related to natural disasters or property incidents.
Prepare brief status updates for clients as needed.
Construction & Stabilization Tracking
Update internal systems with construction milestones lease up progress and occupancy data.
Produce basic recurring reports for internal teams and clients.

Quality Review & Team Support
Review data entries for completeness and accuracy.
Help prepare proofread and format reporting materials.
Identify and correct data inconsistencies.

Qualifications
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable with spreadsheets databases and basic reporting tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with multifamily real estate and tax credit industry a plus but not required.

Job Description

  • Performs reporting on the stabilizing portfolio. Provides simple reporting on a smaller portfolio of clients or older/less complex funds.
  • Generates simple reports. Reviews and edits investor reporting in collaboration as appropriate. Communicates with internal staff to ensure appropriateness of notes.
  • Monitors progress of property construction or lease-up; if delays coordinates assessment of fund performance with fund managers and stabilization managers. Track certificate of occupancy and completion of lease up. Generates regular reports which vary by fund/investor.
  • Collect and distribute insurance certificates and property financial statements to proprietary investors.
  • Collect information related to basic ad hoc investor requests. Creates simple queries.
