Your new role
Are you currently working in or do you have experience in Council Tax or Business Rates and feel ready to take the next step in your career If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a Senior Revenues Training Officer to join our Revenues Team on a full time and permanent contract. This role is offered on a hybrid basis which is a blend of working from home and office.
Were looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual to help support the development of our team. You will use your expertise in either Council Tax or Business Rates to assist with creating and delivering training while providing ongoing guidance to colleagues across the service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others has strong attention to detail and is passionate about developing best practice within a busy Revenues environment.
What youll need to succeed
- Experience in Council Tax Business Rates or both
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive supportive approach to helping colleagues
- Willingness to learn develop and share knowledge
