The Primary Teacher TLR Opportunity

This high-achieving primary school is seeking a Primary Teacher with TLR who is passionate about delivering high-quality education while contributing to the wider leadership of the school. The successful candidate will take on additional responsibility within a subject or phase area supporting curriculum development and driving high standards across the school.

You will work closely with experienced leaders and colleagues benefitting from shared planning excellent resources and a culture where professional development is taken seriously. Candidate Profile

• Qualified Teacher Status via Teach First or a leading ITT/PGCE provider

• Bachelors degree from a Russell Group university

• Strong GCSE and A-Level results A* to B

• Proven record of high-quality classroom teaching

• Interest or experience in leading a subject phase or key area across the school

• Clear commitment to high standards and reflective classroom practice
