Group FP&A Manager

This is a senior high-impact position reporting to the CFO in a PE-backed or fast-growth environment. The role focuses on institutionalizing financial clarity driving commercial decision-making and owning the group-wide forecasting and reporting infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Modelling & Insight: Build investor-grade financial models lead scenario planning and provide long-term forecasting to support growth.
Shareholder Reporting: Own the production of Board packs and monthly consolidated P&L reporting translating complex data into plain-language commercial insights.
Process Architecture: Lead data cleansing enhance analytical tools (Power BI/Excel) and manage the Group finance timetable.
Commercial Partnership: Act as a bridge between finance and operational teams to identify performance drivers; manage external advisor relationships and system integration (NetSuite).
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications: ACA qualified (ideally Big 4) with 3 years post-qualification experience.
Technical Stack: Advanced Excel (P&L Cashflow Balance Sheet modelling) ERP experience and data visualization (Power BI/Power Query).
Professional Background: Prior experience in FP&A Transaction Services Deal Advisory or Corporate Finance.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and a preference for building and improving over maintaining the status quo.
