Equifindare supporting a fantastic Investment Management brand in hiring a Commercial Finance Manager to focusproject financingand have ownership of all the key banking relationships and the debt modelling.

Reporting into the FD of Infrastructure management function this role is a crucial part to how the assets operate.

The role

This role will be hybrid between owning the entireproject finance pieceincluding setting up thedebt management function managing the relationships with the key lenders negotiating building relationships and consolidating this all.

And the other half of the role is being a commercial business partner with the key internal stakeholders for example: the deal team. The firm has over 100 solar projects and are growing rapidly within their Energy and Infrastructure division.

You will be the main point of contact for external lenders maintain the debt models prepare and present 1/4ly debt reports as well as analysis financial performance and other ad hoc reporting. Process automation and system improvement are important along with adoption of new tech/tools. There is one direct report initially for this role.

Profile

They are seeking someone who is very comfortable with debt modelling and owning and building the banking relationships.

At least 8-10 years experience within industry within renewables/infra.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified

Compensation

Up to 95k plus 20-30% bonus

3 days a week in the office hybrid working
