Case Manager - Commercial Finance
Location: Office-based (UK)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 25000 - 40000 (DOE)
The Opportunity
A growing and dynamic financial services firm is looking to appoint a highly organised Case Manager to support the delivery of commercial finance applications from initial enquiry through to legal completion. This is a fast-paced role where youll act as the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders ensuring deals progress efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of commercial finance cases from submission through to legal stages
- Act as the main liaison between clients lenders brokers and solicitors
- Gather review and package client documentation for lender submission
- Monitor application progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
- Ensure all cases meet internal processes and regulatory requirements
- Provide clear and consistent updates to all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal CRM systems
About You
- Previous experience within commercial finance banking or a brokerage environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a target-driven fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of commercial lending products such as bridging finance development finance and buy-to-let
- Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
