Senior Nursery Practitioner 41 Hours per week

In this Senior Nursery Practitioner role youll help lead the baby room within a recently refurbished setting designed around how children learn and develop. Planning follows the Early Years Foundation Stage and is built around individual interests requiring someone confident in guiding both practice and team standards.

Before You Apply

What Youll Do

Help lead daily practice within the baby room
Plan and implement EYFS-based activities tailored to individual children
Observe assess and record developmental progress
Support and guide junior practitioners within the room
Maintain safeguarding health and safety standards
Build professional relationships with parents and carers

What Youll Need

Essential

Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Proven experience working in a baby room
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
Confidence leading a room and supporting team members

Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
