As a Project Management Senior Advisor you will take ownership of the full delivery cycle from bid development through execution and final delivery to the end user. This role acts as a central connection point between all project functions ensuring alignment on schedule budget and Baker Hughes nonnegotiable requirements. You will play a critical part in driving execution discipline customer satisfaction and overall project success.

As a Project Management Senior Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing execution plans to ensure delivery of products according to project timelines cost targets and quality requirements.
• Interpreting and understanding customer contracts ensuring compliance and driving the contractchange process to protect project financials.
• Working closely with suppliers to ensure their performance aligns with project requirements.
• Supporting vendor recovery efforts when unplanned supply chain events occur.
• Conducting regular lessonslearned reviews sharing insights and implementing improvement actions across projects.
• Managing risk throughout the delivery cycle identifying mitigation plans and escalating critical risks requiring leadership support.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a educational background in Masters degree.
• Bring major experience in project management and fabricator management within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and financial awareness.
• Possess excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
