The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). Youll join a team of agile customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
Where Youll Make a Difference
- Manage inbound queries from IFF employees via the Ticket Service System
- Provide consistent and accurate support using the HR knowledge base
- Educate employees and managers on available HR resources and self-service tools
- Escalate or redirect inquiries to appropriate HR or external teams (e.g. Payroll)
- Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems throughout the employee lifecycle
- Create and manage employee documentation and personnel files
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Identify and relay opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support peers in problem resolution
