DescriptionBrief Job Description:
- Collect pre and post contract documentation related to administrative tax and safety matters
- Check documentation and data requested by Customers are pertinent and in compliance with Vertiv procedure and policies as well as with Italian legislation
- Provide financial/commercial documents to our customers to update supplier register
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

- Management of Company conformity declaration related to payment of duties
- Request DUVRI by all our customers
- Manages data base of DUVRI received from our customers
- DUVRI analysis
- Introduce necessary variables in our Piano Operative Sicurezza Vertiv related to DUVRI
- Delivery to our Customers Piano Operative Sicurezza Vertiv previously set by Company H&S Officer Management and delivery of administrative and safety documentation required by Customers
- Collaboration with CEs for reporting on site add risks that customer have not reported on DUVRI
- Manages and delivering documentation required by customers
- Management of any Company insurance documentation to be provided by Brokers
Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical education (degree is nice to have but not a must)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Language skills: Local
- Basic technical knowledge of the Vertiv product portfolio
Additional / Preferred Qualifications: -
Physical & Environmental Requirements: - (To be used majorly for manufacturing jobs.)
- Disciplined and dynamic.
- Organizationalskills
- Customer Awareness
- Ability to positively interact with Customers all the levels of the Company organization and outside bodies / authorities.
