What will you do
Support international travellers by clarifying service and payment inquiries
Communicate with customers and accommodation suppliers via email and phone
Ensure high-quality customer service by identifying and understanding customer needs
Mediate between parties and resolve issues with professionalism
Follow set procedures and accurately log all interactions
Work in a team-oriented environment to ensure service excellence
Candidate profile
Danish C2 level and advanced English proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong PC skills (Office 365 CRM internal platforms)
Problem-solving mindset and solution-driven approach
Motivated goal-oriented and customer-focused
Adaptable to changing priorities and business processes
Affinity with accommodation platforms
Previous customer service experience is valued
Employer offers
38.5h/week (Monday to Sunday) shift 09:00 - 20:00h
- 22.249 annual gross salary
Temporary contract that goes to a permanent one after 3 months
