PwC is looking for a talented SAP QM Consultant to join our team. The SAP QM Consultant is responsible for implementing optimizing and supporting the Quality Management (QM) module within SAP ECC or S/4HANA. This role ensures that all processes meet quality standards comply with regulatory requirements and support business objectives. You will work closely with users provide ongoing support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Design
Analyze and understand client needs related to quality management processes (inspection nonconformities complaints certificates).
Conduct workshops to collect business requirements.
Perform gap analysis and propose solutions.
Define functional specifications and process documentation.
2. SAP QM Configuration & Implementation
Configure and customize QM components: inspection lots sample procedures MICs inspection plans usage decisions quality notifications.
Integrate QM with MM PP PM EWM depending on project scope.
Execute unit tests integration tests and support UAT phases.
Defect Management
3. Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide L2/L3 support for existing QM processes.
Troubleshoot quality-related issues and propose corrective actions.
Recommend improvements in QM processes and system performance.
Prepare and deliver user training and documentation.
Lead knowledge-transfer sessions with business key-users.
4. Project Management
Participate in or lead QM project streams: planning execution monitoring.
Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM/PP/PM/EWM/SD).
Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards (ISO industry guidelines).
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT/Engineering.
34 years SAP QM experience
Proven Experience in quality Management/ inspection in industry
Knowledge of SAP QM fundamentals.
Ability to work autonomously and guide juniors.
Coordinate multi-module teams and ensure integration consistency.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
