We are looking for a creative and detailoriented Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging digital learning experiences and collaborating with subject matter experts to bring complex ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) ensuring alignment with instructional goals adult learning principles and internal standards.
Produce highquality instructional videos and screen recordings using Camtasia including voiceovers annotations and animations to enhance learner engagement.
Create scalable multilingual training content using Synthesia for AIgenerated videos.
Incorporate additional instructional design tools as needed to build impactful learning experiences.
Apply approved design standards and observation rubrics to guarantee consistency across the team.
Collaborate closely with SMEs to translate complex concepts into clear engaging and userfriendly learning materials.
Conduct quality assurance and usability testing to ensure content accessibility technical accuracy and compatibility across LMS platforms.
Develop assessments to measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve content.
Requirements
Experience designing digital learning content preferably using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
Skills in creating instructional videos using tools such as Camtasia.
Familiarity with AI video tools like Synthesia (or willingness to learn).
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and crossfunctional teams.
Strong attention to detail creativity and commitment to highquality standards.
Intermediate to advanced English level is a plus.
