We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Acquisition Automation Manager to lead marketing strategy and partner acquisition efforts for our AMET (Africa Middle East and Turkey) region hub delivery expansion. This role will be based in Egypt and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs that drive customer and partner acquisition while building scalable automation systems across the entire AMET region.
Key job responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for AMET region hub delivery launch including customer acquisition brand positioning long-term brand equity building and market penetration plans
Lead creative development and localization efforts ensuring cultural relevance and regulatory compliance across AMET markets
Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital social email and traditional media
Collaborate with product operations and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Partner Acquisition & Automation:
Build and scale automated partner acquisition funnels using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Establish performance marketing frameworks with clear KPIs attribution models and ROI optimization processes
Data Analytics & Optimization:
Develop automated business intelligence dashboards and reporting systems to track marketing performance
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Analyze customer and partner behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Lead cross-functional initiatives with product tech and operations teams
Manage relationships with external agencies vendors and technology partners
Present marketing strategies and results to senior leadership
- 5 years of digital advertising product marketing consulting business development or other customer-facing role experience
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience in market research analytically-driven marketing consulting or analytical marketing
- 7 years of developing and managing marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Bachelors degree or BS degree
- Fluency in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in program management logistics operations supply chain transportation or a related field
- Experience hiring and developing sales management teams
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM variable compensation revenue reporting forecasting Salesforce automation etc.
- Bachelors degree in Management Business Administration Economics Engineering or Marketing
