Summit Technologies Inc. is seeking Webmasters / Web / SharePoint Developer(s) to provide comprehensive design management and continuous enhancement to internal and external websites portals digital assets and platforms. You will work with a team of professionals to deliver optimal functionality robust security and positive user experience(s) in alignment with the clients vision and mission objectives.
This on-site opportunity is located at Fort Sill OK and requires an active DoD secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical guidance and assistance for all internal and external WPDAP covering web technologies data management data visualization Artificial Intelligence (AI) and workflow automation.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and collaborative technology implementation while ensuring strict adherence to all cybersecurity information security and assurance policies across managed internet services.
- Design develop and maintain clients digital assets including internal and external websites Power Platform applications automated workflows and Power BI dashboards. This responsibility extends to all SharePoint administration functions (managing permissions sites document libraries lists forms web parts and templates) and the management of associated data visualizations and databases.
- Provide strategic planning support to Chief Knowledge Officer which includes assisting in the development of long- and short-range plans and the optimization of resource allocation.
- Responsible for the continuous improvement development enhancement and management of Command web properties.
- Provide user support serving as a primary point of contact for web capabilities and a liaison with clients staff personnel and contractors.
- Redesign of web page(s) integration of other commercial/Government software develop web-based applications/interfaces modify and/or add portal or website functionality.
- Develop improvements in use and application of help tools and other enhancements that improve the Web-based Knowledge Environment (WBKE).
- Design develop and support web content with Blogs RSS/News feeds audio and video and social networking services and their associated APIs.
- Coordinate with business content owners and a variety of content providers departments and offices to provide solutions drafting the final version for publication.
- Provide input and feedback to content owners and management support on design aesthetics and implementation of enriching features and technologies within the Government environment.
- Perform reviews and audit actions for websites and online content for relevant and timely information and compliance with regulations and policy.
- Perform maintenance administration and enhancement of websites and web-based services.
- Complete other assignments as requested.
Experience Required:
- Three years of web development and webmaster support experience performing graphical design; site planning; and layout of web applications websites and web related services and technology utilizing dynamic and static web interfaces using HTML DHTML VB Script Java Scripts and Cascading Style Sheets.
- Three years of experience utilizing MS 365 Power BI Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Azure DevOps Azure Storage X code VS code PowerQuery.
- Three years of experience in maintenance administration and enhancement of websites and web-based services.
- Experience in design develop and support web content with Blogs RSS/News feeds audio and video and social networking services and their associated APIs.
- Two years of experience in creating SharePoint pages and content utilizing basic web parts administering permissions and groups updating information creating workflows and basic maintenance procedures.
- Experience in analyzing and assessing existing and emerging technologies to determine relevance to existing web environments including but not limited to software assessments standardization assessments and configuration topography/site structure assessments.
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to non-technical users at all levels of the organization.
Technical Tools Experience:
- Three years of demonstrated experience in creating and editing assets for print and web utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop Illustrator Lightroom) and any other industry-standard graphic design software as required.
- Proficient coding experience utilizing an array of programming languages frameworks and Content Management Systems (CMS): HTML HTML5 CSS XML including JAVA JSON PHP SQL MySQL AJAX Bootstrap JQuery syntactically awesome style sheets (SASS) Joomla! WordPress Drupal Adobe Experience Manager Concrete 5 Git GitHub Azure DevOps PySpark and TypeScript.
- Experience supporting tools such as Vantage Tableau and Advana a plus.
- Experience supporting Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) a plus.
Education & Certification(s):
- Bachelors degree in computer science information systems or related field of study.
- Five (5) years of Web and Systems Development related experience maybe substituted in lieu of a bachelors degree.
- Active Security CE (MD-101 (Managing Modern Desktops) certification or equivalent) must be completed prior to start of employment and maintained through employment period.
