MAINTENANCE MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY:
TH Plastics Inc. is a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green Ohio Molding Division.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for overseeing tooling and equipment maintenance of the facility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
- 8 to 10 years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Regular on-site attendance
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Provide support to troubleshoot and solve issues
- Ensure all maintenance and tooling objectives are completed on time and within budget
- Work towards root cause solutions to reduce downtime and improve quality
- Coordinate with management customers production and tooling suppliers to schedule/perform all in house and outsourced tooling maintenance and repairs
- Maintain tooling uptime to minimize impact on the customer
- Work with other groups involved in manufacturing toward continuous improvement objectives set forth by management
- Ensures the facilities equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly
- Procures materials supplies and repair parts to maintain inventory as required
- Track record PMs and work orders
- Coordinate work performed by outside contractors
- All other related duties as assigned
