BRECOflex CO. L.L.C. is growing and were seeking motivated individuals to join our Inside Sales team. If youre organized customer-focused and eager to learn in a supportive environment this entry-level role will give you the foundation you need to build a successful sales career.
What Youll Do
Provide customers with sales and limited support via phone and email
Recognize customers with requests or product needs that require advanced support and escalate
Generate new business growth through cross-selling and upselling
Issue quotes in response to inbound requests
o Utilizes all pricing tools and methods including requesting quotes from vendors
o Check Inventory to coordinate lead times
Follow up on pending quotes as defined by the sales process
o Works directly with outside sales team members to support territory and customers
o Route qualified leads to inside /outside sales team as appropriate
Support department activities goals and assigned metrics
o Assist teammates to meet customer demand
o Completes projects assignments and daily tasks assigned by management
What You Bring
Previous sales experience where influencing persuading and/or negotiating skills were needed
Experience in a role with direct customer interaction
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn tools like Microsoft Office CRM ERP and pricing systems
Willingness to learn technical product information
Strong time and project management skills
Strong communication skills
CRM experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $21/hr (Base Commission) based on experience
