Our interns work across Shared Services gaining exposure to the teams that power Integritys growth innovation and culture. You could find yourself learning and contributing in one of these areas:

Distribution Where strategy meets relationships and growth comes to life
Legal Navigating risk compliance and smart decision-making
Operations Turning great ideas into seamless execution
Information Technology Building and securing the technology that drives our future
Strategy Shaping where we go next through insight and innovation
Finance Using data and analytics to fuel smart business decisions
People & Culture (HR) Creating an exceptional employee experience and workplace culture

Each department offers hands-on projects mentorship and real-world learningno matter where you land youll be making an impact.

Program Dates:

This is a fulltime onsite summer internship running from June 2026 through July 2026 (8 weeks).

What Youll Do:

Work on meaningful departmentspecific projects that drive real business impact
Collaborate on an Impact Project with dedicated time to build problemsolve and present your ideas
Learn from senior leaders through weekly Lunch & Learns and executive exposure
Build your network through mentorship team events and crossdepartment collaboration
Give back through a handson community service experience
Show off your creativity and personality during intern showcases and presentations
Have fun along the way with team bonding offsite events wellness activities and social experiences

What Were Looking For:

Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program
Rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
Available to work 40 hours per week onsite five days a week
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Solid timemanagement and organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Curious coachable and eager to learn ask questions and apply feedback
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality accurate work
Professional dependable and accountable with strong followthrough
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) or Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
