You consistently follow safety and quality standards and take responsibility for doing work the right way even when the pace is fast and priorities change. You plan and organize your tasks so you can meet daily goals manage multiple demands and keep materials flowing smoothly through the production process. You communicate clearly build positive working relationships and collaborate with people across shifts and departments stepping in to help where needed to support the team. You stay focused adapt quickly when new instructions or processes are introduced and look for practical ways to make work safer simpler and more efficient.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Experience in a manufacturing warehouse distribution or similar environment.
- Ability to safely operate stand-up and LP forklifts and to complete Emersons forklift certification requirements.
- Comfort working on your feet for most of the shift including walking standing bending and reaching in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manually handle up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques with lift-assist devices available for heavier items.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills to read work instructions complete documentation and coordinate with team members.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail when handling parts labels and inventory records.
- Willingness to work with and respect people from varied backgrounds experiences and perspectives contributing to an inclusive team-oriented environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
