In this role you wont be cold calling or knocking on doors. Instead youll work with a steady flow of qualified clients who have already requested information about protecting their mortgage or financial future.
What Youll Do
- Learn and implement our proven mortgage protection sales system
- Connect with homeowners who have requested information about protecting their mortgage
- Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phone to understand clients needs
- Educate families on mortgage protection life insurance and related financial solutions
- Recommend coverage options that align with clients financial goals and budgets
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the process
- Work alongside leadership and team members to deliver a positive client experience
- Achieve performance benchmarks that unlock higher income and advancement opportunities
- Participate in weekly virtual trainings and team meetings
- Build and maintain a long-term client base using company-provided and self-generated leads
Ideal Candidate
- Background in sales customer service or client-facing roles preferred (not required)
- Comfortable using technology and conducting virtual appointments
- Strong communicator who can build trust with clients quickly
- Self-motivated coachable and goal-oriented
- Professional presence on Zoom and over the phone
- Passionate about helping families protect their homes and financial future
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable phone computer and internet connection
- Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one within 710 days (training provided)
- Ability to accommodate client schedules including some evenings or weekends
