Operational Support
- Ongoing LMS admin support carried through to completion
- Troubleshooting during launches
- Resolving employee issues and escalating fixes when needed
- Publishing course/set changes correctly (ensuring access to meetings)
- Ensuring required tasks are recorded and documented
Documentation & Planning
- Creating Docebo planning documents
- Roadmapping future implementation plans
- Documenting next steps and improvement opportunities
- Creating and updating:
- How-to videos
- Job aids for employees and managers
- Building tracking spreadsheets for work progress
- Creating and managing personal work plans
Stakeholder & Customer Support
Customer-Facing Skills
- Customer service experience
- Regular communication with stakeholders
- Ability to walk non-technical users through the system
- Providing implementation advice and readiness planning
Communication & Responsiveness
- Responsive on MS Teams (avoid letting messages sit)
- Meeting 3x per week for issue tracking and updates
- Ability to independently assess gaps and system issues
- Independent management of workload
- Proactively identifying system gaps and opportunities
- Tracking tasks and documenting progress
- Staying up to date on new features and updates
Strategic & Future Planning
- Roadmapping future LMS enhancements
- Preparing implementation documentation for upcoming changes
- Evaluating and testing new features before rollout
- Planning for Workday integration (probally in 2027)
- Continuously improving system processes over time
