This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 37 yrs exp handling sophisticated restructuring transactions and special situations finance matters. The role offers exposure to complex distressed debt liability management and high-value finance transactions within an elite national practice.
The Role
Advise lenders sponsors and borrowers in restructuring and distressed finance transactions
Handle liability management transactions and special situations financings
Work on DIP financings exit financings and recapitalizations
Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related finance documents
Support workout negotiations and restructuring strategy
Ideal Background
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
37 yrs exp in restructuring distressed finance or special situations transactions
Experience drafting and negotiating complex finance documents
Strong analytical drafting and negotiation skills
Top academic credentials
Ability to manage multiple high-level matters simultaneously
Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission
