Job Summary

The Marketing Campaigns Executive supports the Marketing team in coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role works closely with the Campaign Manager Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns and product launches are delivered smoothly and on schedule.

You will be involved in campaign coordination sales tracking market research and performance reporting helping the team turn ideas into well-executed marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is organized analytical and excited to learn how marketing campaigns come together in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

What Youll Do:

Campaign Management and Execution:

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Assist in the creation and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborative Improvement: Work closely with the Campaign Manager and Marketing Manager to enhance campaigns using data and feedback from current and previous projects.
  • Product Launch Coordination: Initiate and coordinate product launch campaigns across all platforms collaborating with creative marketing and product teams.
  • Sales Tracking and Product Curation: Track product line sales and curate product selections to boost campaign effectiveness.
  • Process Evaluation: Regularly assess and refine campaign management processes for increased efficiency.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify potential problem areas proactively and ensure they are resolved promptly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Preparation for Meetings: Assist the Campaign Manager in preparing for trade meetings and monthly reviews.
  • Promotional Planning: Plan and organize promotional presentations and update marketing calendars.

Reporting Market Research and Data Analysis:

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitive products by identifying and evaluating their characteristics market share pricing and advertising strategies.
  • Collaborative Brainstorming: Work with the Campaign Manager to prepare for marketing campaign brainstorming sessions with the team.
  • Sales and Inventory Tracking: Track sales data maintain inventory of promotional materials plan meetings and trade shows manage databases and prepare reports.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and monitor campaign performance analyze key metrics and create comprehensive reports to inform strategic decisions.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in marketing business data analytics or other related fields
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing particularly within the e-commerce industry
  • Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams and marketing vendors
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly creative and organized with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Highly organized and a great communicator of creative instructions
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing FB/IG campaigns a plus
  • A positive go-getter attitude
  • Interest in tattoos and alternative jewelry is a plus!
