| Duties and Responsibilities | . Minimum Required Accountabilities for this Role as a strategic and operational partner to portfolio companies supporting scale-up initiatives post-investment. business development by connecting startups with enterprise customers partners and ecosystem players. founders in defining and executing growth strategies across sales partnerships and market expansion. and monitor portfolio reporting including monthly and quarterly performance metrics burn rates and runway analysis. overall portfolio health and provide regular insights and dashboards to fund leadership. portfolio companies in preparing for follow-on fundraising rounds through pitch readiness and investor introductions. B. Additional Accountabilities Pertaining to the Role talent acquisition for portfolio companies including leadership and critical technical roles. guidance on organizational structures ESOP frameworks culture building and performance management. hands-on operational support during critical phases such as pivots geographic expansion or crisis situations. and support content creation branding and social media initiatives for the portfolio and investment unit. as a bridge between investment team expectations and on-ground execution realities of startups. |

| Required Qualifications and Experience | Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Graduate / Post-graduate in Management Engineering or related disciplines b) Work Experience 710 years of experience in startups scale-ups venture ecosystems or operating roles Prior experience as Founder Chief of Staff Strategy Lead or Growth / Ops leader preferred Strong understanding of the startup lifecycle from product-market fit to scale and exit Exposure to sales funnels unit economics fundraising and cap table mechanics Strong stakeholder management communication and influencing skills High empathy ownership mindset and execution orientation |
