At LEGO Retail were building a performance-driven audience-first ecosystem that fuels ecommerce growth and brand engagement across . Were looking for a cross-channel media planner with strong agency experience across paid media search programmatic and performance who understands how to turn strategy into measurable results.

Youll bring a sharp POV on channel investment a solid grasp of planning principles and deep knowledge of KPIs like reach CPM CPC traffic and conversion goals/ROAS bridging campaign strategy with seamless activation.

Were pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

No relocation or visa assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop Cross-Channel Media Strategy - Lead the development of integrated audience-first performance -focused plans across priority campaigns ensuring the right balance of channels to deliver against business and brand objectives.

  • Drive Marketing & Media Alignment - Partner closely with Marketing Planning Go-to-Market Global Media Activation and channel leads to ensure seamless alignment between campaign strategy paid media approach and commercial priorities.

  • Embed Effectiveness & Testing into Planning - Translate performance insights and effectiveness findings into a clear cross-channel testing roadmap continuously improving channel roles and overall campaign impact.

  • Define Channel Roles & KPI Frameworks - Clearly articulate the role of each channel within campaign frameworks setting measurable KPIs (reach CPM CPC traffic etc.) that support planning cycles and performance accountability.

  • Connect Strategy to Activation Delivery - Support the Media Director and channel leads in briefing activation teams ensuring integrated plans are executed effectively and maintaining accountability with agency partners for delivery and results.

Do you have what it takes

  • Cross-Channel Expertise - Strong experience across all media channels with a focus on performance media (paid search paid social and programmatic) with a solid understanding of cross-channel planning principles particularly lower-funnel DTC activation.

  • Strategic Planning & KPI Frameworks - Highly structured approach to performance media planning clearly defining channel roles and performance metrics across reach CPM CPC traffic and conversion.

  • Performance & Effectiveness Focus - Ability to translate campaign insights testing learnings and effectiveness findings into actionable optimisation and improved commercial impact.

  • Budget & Financial Management - Experience managing multi-market multi-currency media budgets with strong forecasting rigor and optimisation aligned to platform machine learning best practice.

  • Collaborative & Agile Mindset - Comfortable working in fast-paced matrixed teams aligning collaborators and activation partners while solving complex challenges pragmatically.

  • Fluency in English - both written and verbal.
