A growing food manufacturing business is looking for a hands-on Production Shift Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance across the site.
Reporting to the Operations Manager youll take ownership of output quality team leadership and continuous improvement within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

- Food manufacturing experience (essential)
- Strong team leadership within production
- Lean / CI mindset with measurable improvements
- KPI-driven and comfortable working with data
- HACCP / food safety knowledge
