Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Secretary to join a busy Probate Department within a well-established and supportive law this varied and rewarding role you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners helping to ensure the efficient management of files and the delivery of exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
Prepare legal documents and correspondence
Provide full secretarial and administrative assistance to fee earners
Manage diaries and schedule appointments
Prepare financial records and assist with the distribution of funds
Liaise professionally with clients and handle telephone enquiries
Maintain document and file management systems
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the department
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years secretarial experience across any professional service sector
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Experience with legal case management systems would be beneficial(e.g. Partners for Windows) desirable
- Dictation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Client-focused professional and approachable
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
